With extensive experience of 21 years in the Royal Malaysia Police, he has now chosen to pursue a career in consultancy. His passion for helping Malaysians protect their property and money, which are increasingly vulnerable to scams, led him to establish Rahmat Fitri Consultant Sdn Bhd. He is also highly experienced in investigation and operations in commercial crime cases and violent crimes.
He is also an expert in identifying fraud and detecting online scam activities, which are increasingly prevalent in Malaysia today. He was appointed by the Inspector General of Police as the Anti-Scam Ambassador of the Royal Malaysia Police on September 13, 2022.
He is also recognized as an ‘HRD Corp TTT Certified Trainer,’ actively providing various knowledge and tips on financial management and preparation, as well as advice on avoiding becoming a victim of online scams. He has been invited to deliver training and lectures on more than 120 occasions by various government and private agencies. He is also frequently invited by radio and TV stations to share the latest information and updates on online scams, which are currently a major crime in the country.
